Gulf Inflation Rate Rises by 1.7% in October 2024

The interannual inflation rate in the countries of the Persian Gulf has risen to 1.7% by the end of October 2024 compared to the data for the same month in 2023. This is evidenced by data on consumer prices, published by the State Statistical Center of the Persian Gulf.

This inflation increase indicates a gradual tightening of goods and services in the region. The reasons for this increase and its possible consequences require further analysis and attention from economists and government institutions.

"We see a moderate price increase in the region, reflecting certain inflation. However, it is also important to study the long-term trends of this process and adopt appropriate measures," noted the representative of the State Statistical Center of the Persian Gulf.
