The new report shows that in the third quarter of last year, Dubai's GDP grew by 4.5%. This positive trend is linked to the gradual recovery of the economy after the pandemic. Government support measures and a successful vaccination campaign have also been identified as factors stimulating economic growth.
The main sectors contributing to the increase in GDP include trade, transport, and communications, as well as the hospitality sector. In addition, the volume of construction and real estate has increased. Representatives of the Dubai government expressed confidence in the further strengthening of the economic situation.
"The results of the third quarter of 2024 confirm that we are on the right path to recovery and sustainable growth," noted the representative of the Dubai government.
