Prices for flights from OAE to the main Arab countries, as well as some European and Asian countries, have seen a varied increase. Experts indicate that the onset of the May holiday season and the last month of the religious month of Ramadan have an impact on demand, which leads to higher prices.
As noted in the report, the cost of tickets in some Arab countries, such as Egypt and Jordan, has increased by 10-15%. At the same time, flights to some European countries, including France and Germany, have risen by 20%.
"This growth is linked to the increasing demand for flights due to the upcoming May vacation period and the end of the month of Ramadan," noted one of the experts.
In the context of increasing operational costs for airlines, specialists expect that ticket prices will continue to rise in the near future.
