The Federal Tax Service has updated its summons for registered participants who have not submitted their reports on paying the NDS. The agency summons these individuals to submit their tax reports by the end of the current month; otherwise, they face fines and legal accountability.
In its statement, the FTS emphasized that the failure to meet reporting deadlines could lead to serious consequences, including a fine of up to 20% of the tax amount, as well as the possibility of legal actions against the debtors. The ministry underscored the importance of timely and accurate reporting to ensure compliance with the country's tax legislation.
