The investment company "Shuae Capital" has announced the holder of the expiring obligations, issued under the Investment Banking subsidiary. In accordance with the terms of the liquidation program of these obligations, the holders need to submit their claims and requirements by November 15 of the current year.
The company also noted that by this date the holder has the right to make use of the possibility of receiving compensation. In case the deadline is not met, the parties, as stated in the announcement of "Shuae Capital", have the right to claim additional payments.
"The determining factor when considering claims for compensation will be the quality of the information provided. It is necessary to specify all details of the obligations, including numbers and amounts," the representatives of the company clarified.
