A recent analysis by the Dubai Chamber revealed that 70,500 new companies joined last year, highlighting Dubai's appeal to global investors. The trade and services sector alone saw 29,000 new members.

During an analysis conducted by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers operating under the Dubai economic umbrella, it was revealed that the number of new companies working in the trading and services sector that joined the chamber last year amounted to 29,000. According to the press release published today, the analysis showed that the number of companies operating in the construction sector and joining the chamber over the past year reached 7,434, with an annual growth of 33%, compared to the number of new companies working in the same sector joining the chamber in 2023.

Membership in the Dubai Chamber of Commerce increased by 23,204 new companies working in the real estate, leasing, and business service sectors, with an annual growth of 8.4%, while the number of new companies operating in the transportation, warehousing, and communications sectors that joined the chamber comprised 5,901 companies with a growth of 8.3% compared to 2023.

An increase in activity among financial intermediaries among the number of new companies that joined the Dubai Chamber of Commerce over the past year was observed, reaching 1,830 companies. The total number of new companies joining the Dubai Chamber of Commerce in the previous year reached 70,500, reflecting Dubai's attractiveness and competitiveness for investors worldwide.
