The International Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development stated on Monday that a slowdown in global growth is expected at 3.2% in 2024. According to this organization, the slowdown is associated with factors such as increased tax rates, reduced monetary policy stimulus, and inflationary pressures in many countries. Forecasts from the International Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development also indicate that the situation in labor markets will remain challenging due to the long-term consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. "It is expected that in the long-term perspective inflation in the world will remain high, which may lead to further increased costs of bank loans and a sharp decline in asset prices," noted the organization.
