A new connection will be established between the private business sector and the government, since the Ministry of Labor together with the Ministry of Health and Prevention announced the launch of an initiative named "Tracts of Careers in Healthcare". Such an agreement will provide internships for more than 600 young Emiratis and Emiratis in various healthcare institutions.
Regarding this, Hamad Al Hayari, the director of the Department of Human Resources Development in the Ministry of Labor, stated. The internship will be typical for medical specialties and will equip students with the necessary skills to successfully integrate into the workforce after completing the training program.
