Transactions in the real estate market in Dubai on Tuesday amounted to 2.76 billion dirhams, with 875 transactions carried out, reports the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
According to data from DLD, sellers completed 473 transactions totaling 1.17 billion dirhams, while buyers executed 315 transactions at 1.08 billion dirhams in mortgages.
The largest transaction of the day was made in the "Wadi Al Safa 5" area for a total of 163 million dirhams.
