This was confirmed by real estate experts in the newspaper "Emirates Today": the current Ramadan season is characterized by a significant increase in the number of transactions for real estate purchases compared to the previous season, due to intensified competition and increased demand for real estate in Dubai to record high levels.

"We see a wide range of initiatives for the purchase of real estate in Dubai since the beginning of Ramadan month," noted the executive director of the company "Harbor Eippest" Dr. Mahand Al-Uadia in the newspaper "Emirates Today". Among the main initiatives available in the market, there are payment facilities when purchasing ready real estate, the introduction of payment privileges with mortgagors, as well as offers for the first installment on property acquisition.

Data from the Dubai Land Department showed that the total sales volume of real estate in Dubai markets for the first half of the Ramadan month amounted to 23.53 billion dirhams through 7518 transactions. The real estate agent Huseyn Al-Sheikh noted that in Dubai and Sharjah, there was a wide range of initiatives for purchasing real estate this Ramadan, at a level exceeding the previous Ramadan.

Rad Ramadan, the general director of the company "Auaad Karkash Real Estates", specified that the current Ramadan season was characterized by the emergence of multiple promotional initiatives and discounts from mortgagors, which contributes to attracting more buyers of real estate from within and outside the country. The agency "Al-Sum Aipistists" asserts that the proposed real estate initiatives in the markets of Dubai and Sharjah are attractive factors, especially under the conditions of intensified competition and increased demand.
