Dubai Company Secures Investment Agreements

Shuaa Capital has announced investment agreements worth 85 million AED following board approval. The agreements involve converting convertible bonds into shares to be listed on the Dubai Financial Market.

Shuaa Capital has confirmed the conclusion of securities issuance agreements for a total amount of 85 million dirhams. These deals were approved by its board of directors. According to the information, Shuaa has received agreements for issuance from new investors, signed by the companies Ishraq Investments, Bayhaq Al Tawadul Real Estate, and Cross Auto and Heavy Equipment.

"We plan to increase the share capital and convert obligations into shares. After completing the conversion process, we are preparing to list the new shares on the Dubai financial market as soon as possible," reported from Shuaa Capital.
