The Department of Land and Real Estate in Dubai signed 11 agreements and memorandums on mutual cooperation with a number of local and international organizations as part of participation in the IPS 2025 real estate exhibition.
One of the major agreements is a partnership between the department and one of the leading banking organizations in the country, aimed at improving access to financing for investors and developers.
"We are pleased to have signed agreements that contribute to the development of the investment environment in the real estate sector and reflect the strategic partnership between Dubai and various countries," noted the department representative.
Among other agreements, cooperation with technology companies for the implementation of innovative solutions in the real estate sector, as well as joint projects with leading real estate agencies to enhance the industry's effectiveness are significant.
