Dubai's real estate market saw 18 billion AED in transactions within a week, with 5,795 actions recorded. Total property sales since early April reached 33.27 billion AED, with notable activity in several areas.

In accordance with the electronic application <> of the Department of Land and Property, there were 5,795 operations conducted in the Dubai real estate market last week with a total value of 18 billion dirhams.

Since the beginning of April of this year, there has been significant activity in the Dubai real estate market, with total sales volume reaching 33.27 billion dirhams after 10,713 transactions of purchases and sales.

According to the report published in <>, based on the data from the Department of Land and Property of Dubai, a total of 8,553 transactions for residential units, 686 sold buildings, and 1,474 sold land plots were registered.

The data also indicates that the total value of mortgages on real estate at the beginning of the month was 8.92 billion dirhams with 2,159 transactions, which included 1,559 residential units, 282 buildings, and 505 land plots. The volume of rental transactions amounted to 1.94 billion dirhams through 436 transactions, including 332 residential units, 27 buildings, and 77 land plots.

On the previous day, real estate transactions were registered for a total amount of 2.12 billion dirhams, with sales amounting to 1.78 billion dirhams, mortgages totaling 237.31 million dirhams, and rental transactions totaling around 100 million dirhams.

The data also indicates that a number of districts and residential complexes in Dubai are experiencing significant activity in sales since the beginning of April 2025, including the <> complex and the <> and <> districts, where <> leads in the number of transactions for the sale of residential apartments and the overall volume of mortgage transactions, while <> dominates rental transactions in offices and residential apartments, followed by the <> district.
