The organization "Trump" and the company "Damac" announced the planned construction of the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai. This project is part of the collaboration between the two companies in the real estate sector in Dubai.
The project's focus will be centered on luxury real estate and represents a new partnership between the Trump organization and the "Damac" company. The Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai will have 80 floors, designated for residential and hospitality use, with total costs in the billions of dollars.
The design will be inspired by the Trump tower in New York, but in more subdued tones. The panoramic views from the floor to ceiling windows will provide visibility of numerous attractions in Dubai, including the Khalifa tower.
High-class amenities are planned, including the largest open-air base in the world on the roof, as well as an exclusive private club called "The Trump".
Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump organization, stated: "The Trump International Hotel and Tower - Dubai - is a project that reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, luxury, and innovation."
However, it is expected that the project will be completed by December 2031.
