Car Market Competition Intensifies in Dubai

The automotive market in the UAE has become a witness to parasitic competition, concentrated on prolonging the local dealers' offerings on Ramadhan and launching other companies. Among the most notable offers, revolving around local automotive markets, was a dealer offering favorable conditions, obtaining a "zero" interest rate for financing the purchase of a range of car models, as well as proposals for providing customers with five years of complimentary "road assistance," covered warranties, and free registration, including proposals on providing customers with free service contracts that can last up to five years.

Consumers, polled by "Al-Emarat Al-Youm," noted that the prolongation of offers from automotive dealers and launching other expanded offerings are positive and useful aspects, satisfying consumer needs and increasing the opportunities for purchasing cars. Buyers require diversification of offers and their general expansion.

Experts in the automotive sector noted that increased competition and the dynamics of demand in local markets are key factors supporting the continuation of proposals and launching intensive marketing campaigns, considering that the proposals contribute to increased sales volumes.

Specialists note that the automotive market in the UAE is characterized by high competition, especially under significant demand conditions for car purchases by consumers. The constant continuation and diversity of proposals create a multitude of opportunities for purchasing new cars, which, beneficially, impacts the automotive sales sector.
