The company "Dubai for Aviation Industry" has completed the acquisition process, which was previously announced, of 100% of the shares of the company "Nordic Aviation Capital" and related companies, acquired from "IN AI Siy Holding Limited". The total cost of this deal is estimated at approximately two billion US dollars.
After the completion of this deal, "Dubai for Aviation Industry" now owns a fleet consisting of about 750 aircraft, controlled or located on demand. The fleet includes around 650 leased aircraft, belonging to 161 aviation companies from 74 countries.
Furthermore, "Dubai for Aviation Industry" has committed to purchase around 100 aircraft from Boeing, Airbus, and ATR, as well as from other suppliers.
