This seconded the status of leaders of global institutions and organized in vast virtual structures. This second project is part of the comprehensive assessment of the non-profit organization Global Business Agility Institute, which is recognized as an expert in the field of organizational resilience and business agility.
**The review was conducted after a complex assessment**, including an interview with top management and surveys of all employees. The HEMD organization was identified as one of the key global and innovative structures in the service and government sectors.
**"The decision to implement this category of demonstrative project depends on what results the organization achieves, when innovations and orientation on clients become the main basis of their activity,"** — said Evan Liborn, a representative of the institute.
**"The implementation of this high-level project in two years will demonstrate to our non-standard partners the importance of the culture of business agility in all areas of their work"**, said Said Muhkammad at-Tayer, the managing director and executive director of HEMD.
**The expert review assesses the organization's ability to adapt to changes, providing a powerful impetus for the development of sustainable management principles**. HEMD also took the first place in the rating of the most effective sustainable development structures of Dubai, which confirms the effectiveness of integrated management principles.
**"Our goal is to create an integrated, intelligent system based on business and robust adaptation to new conditions. This is achieved through investment in technology, such as an intelligent platform, valuable insights and data analysis, and most importantly, leadership in the energy sector,"** added the at-Tayer.
This success highlights the Dubai project as a global center of innovation and sustainability, promoting the organization's ability to implement best practices in its strategy.
