The initiative aims to support entrepreneurs step-by-step, from the idea to launch and expansion, coinciding with the national campaign "UAE, the Capital of Entrepreneurs in the World."
Al-Muhairi told "Al-Ittihad" that the initiative works to support and empower young beginners in the field of entrepreneurship by providing 100 free consultations and 1,000 subscriptions to a free, comprehensive, video-based training program. The program includes 13 episodes on establishing small and medium enterprises, simplifies entrepreneurial concepts, and provides reliable and practical Emirati and Arabic content. It also helps participants avoid early mistakes, fosters a spirit of initiative and hands-on experience, and offers beginners the opportunity to gain practical entrepreneurial skills covering all stages of the entrepreneurial journey, preparing a generation of ambitious Emirati and Arab entrepreneurs.
He added that the initiative targets university students, recent graduates, beginner entrepreneurs, and owners of small businesses seeking to develop or restructure their ventures, emphasizing that the goal is not just to provide information but to change the way young people think about freelancing, making them realize that entrepreneurship is not a reckless gamble but an organized path that anyone can take with realistic, scientific steps.
Al-Muhairi revealed that registration for the consultation service on the "Badir" platform (www.kalm.ae) is now complete, with consultations currently being provided until the end of November. Meanwhile, about 600 people have registered for the training program since its launch. He mentioned that they are currently in contact with more than 40 federal, local, and private entities to enable their employees to benefit from the consultations and training program as a social contribution to supporting the entrepreneurship campaign.
He confirmed his commitment to expanding the reach of the initiative by directly cooperating with several federal and local entities to provide additional seats for their employees and members through knowledge partnership agreements. Al-Muhairi stressed that his initiative is not for profit but aims to contribute to national efforts to support youth and empower the new generation to turn their ideas into real projects that serve society and the national economy.
Al-Muhairi called on government and private entities to support similar community initiatives and spread the culture of entrepreneurship among youth, noting that the next phase is about creating a generation of entrepreneurial minds capable of building a diverse and sustainable economy.
It is worth noting that Al-Muhairi has provided 2,000 hours of training to 2,000 people from the Arab world over five years, most of them from the UAE, by analyzing each person's needs and project nature. The initiative aims to support entrepreneurs step-by-step, from the idea to launch and expansion.
