Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Property, has launched its new project 'Palm Central Private Residences', inspired by resort-style living. In a statement yesterday, Nakheel announced that the project comprises 212 residential units distributed across three mid-rise buildings with panoramic views of the sea and Dubai's skyline. According to the CEO of Dubai Holding Property, Khalid Al Malik, the 'Nakheel Jebel Ali' project supports Dubai's efforts to elevate the community living scene along the waterfront. The 'Palm Central Private Residences' project aims to empower its residents to experience a resort lifestyle in their daily lives. The unveiling of 'Palm Central Private Residences' follows the launch of the 'Beach Collection' and 'Coral Collection' villas in 'Nakheel Jebel Ali', developed in collaboration with world-renowned architects. It is worth noting that the 'Nakheel Jebel Ali' project spans 13.4 kilometers and consists of seven interconnected islands, including 16 fronds and a beach stretching over 90 kilometers.
