The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA)’s Sustainability and Innovation Center celebrated the graduation of the fifth cohort of the «Clean Energy Youth» program. The program aims to empower youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead the innovation journey in the fields of clean energy and sustainability. The «Clean Energy Youth» program supports our efforts to achieve the vision and directives of wise leadership, which emphasize empowering youth as a primary driver of innovation and preparing them to lead the sustainable development journey. Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of DEWA, said: «We believe that investing in youth is the optimal investment in building a sustainable future based on knowledge and innovation». The total number of graduates from the program so far has reached 117 young men and women.
