The 'Terra Gardens' project marks a new prominent milestone in the journey of developing a modern, vibrant residential destination, in line with Dubai's ambitious long-term urban vision. Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre have announced the enhancement of their joint collaboration through the launch of the 'Terra Gardens' project, which is part of the master plan for 'Expo Living', the integrated residential community in Dubai Expo City. This new launch follows the momentum achieved by the first phase, 'Terra Heights'. The master plan for 'Expo Living' spans an area of 451,295 square meters and embodies a model of an integrated community that combines residential units, retail and hospitality facilities, as well as office spaces.
