Americana Restaurants continues to maintain a strong debt-free balance sheet and healthy cash reserves.

This performance reflects the flexibility of the company's operations, discipline in cost management, and continued operational efficiency across key markets.
During the first nine months of 2025, Americana Restaurants continued to execute its well-thought-out expansion strategy, opening 68 new restaurants and integrating an additional 46 Pizza Hut restaurants in Oman. The total store network reached 2,657 across 12 countries. The company adopted a selective approach to expansion to ensure optimal capital utilization, with a continued focus on achieving operational efficiency and enhancing return on investment in key markets.
Americana Restaurants continued to enhance its inclusion and social responsibility initiatives in the United Arab Emirates during the third quarter of the year. In partnership with "Sharjah City for Human Services," the company opened four new inclusive Pizza Hut restaurants across four emirates, managed by persons of determination with hearing and speech disabilities.
The company recorded revenues of $1,839.7 million, a 14.4% increase year-on-year. EBITDA and net profit also increased during the first nine months of 2025 compared to the same period last year. The company achieved a free cash flow of $128.3 million for the period, a 128% increase, and a conversion rate of 53%, driven by strong operational performance and effective working capital management.
