According to the monthly report published by the Department today, it issued 51 violations to entities that failed to comply with real estate regulations. The Department compelled 417 real estate establishments to rectify their status after detecting advertising violations and issued 26 notices for non-compliance with real estate advertising rules. Furthermore, measures were taken to protect privacy after receiving 517 complaints about unwanted calls. Department inspectors conducted 100 field visits to verify companies' compliance with real estate professional standards.
