Dubai Holding-properties has awarded a new contract worth 440 million dirhams to JCC Contracting to lead the development of the 'City Walk North Line' project. This contract is part of the continuous expansion of the 'City Walk' area and involves the construction of three luxury residential towers, expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027. According to the statement, JCC Contracting will oversee the construction of 'North Line 1', an 8-story residential building featuring 114 luxury apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms. It will also develop the 'North Line 2' complex, comprising 190 apartments distributed across two 8-story buildings. The CEO of JCC Contracting, Pipin Chacko, said: 'This project contributes to enhancing the residential landscape in Dubai and embodies our shared commitment to delivering high-quality projects.' He also highlighted that 'Meras' and 'Dubai Holding-properties' play a pivotal role, thanks to their ambitious vision and extensive experience. The CEO of Dubai Holding-properties, Khalid Al Malik, stated: 'The City Walk North Line project marks a significant milestone in the ongoing development of one of Dubai's most vibrant lifestyle destinations.'
