According to data tracked by 'Emirates Today' through the Dubai Statistics Center, the emirate's population reached 4,044,273 as of Thursday noon, November 13th, compared to 4,026,604 on October 13th of last year. The Population Clock data also showed a rise in Dubai's population over 12 months, amounting to 208,030 people. The number increased from 3,836,243 on November 13, 2024, to 4,044,273 on November 13, 2025, making Dubai achieve rapid and unprecedented growth rates, the highest in the emirate's history in terms of population indicators. The Population Clock indicators, released by the Dubai Statistics Center, had previously revealed an increase in Dubai's population by 176,683 people during the first 10 months of the current year, with the population exceeding the 3.96 million mark in the first quarter of 2025, at a daily increase rate of 567 people. Dubai's emirate population also grew by 5.5% last year, with 208,600 people, reaching approximately 3.86 million people, compared to about 3.66 million people at the end of 2023. Recent international reports have also highlighted an increase in investment from various nationalities in Dubai's real estate sector, in addition to the emirate attracting a large number of businessmen and wealthy individuals from different countries to move and live in Dubai, thanks to the attractive investment climate, high-quality infrastructure, high safety rates, and increased ease of opportunities for residency and conducting business across various sectors. According to indicators from the Dubai Statistics Center, the male population in the emirate of Dubai at the end of 2024 was approximately 2.7 million people, representing about 69% of the total population, while the female population was about 1.2 million people. The Dubai Statistics Center is responsible for calculating daily and monthly estimates of the permanent resident population of the emirate of Dubai within its geographical boundaries, whether they are Emirati or non-Emirati. The center bases its calculation of the population's real-time change on the Population Clock, relying on various sources such as surveys and censuses, and databases of related government entities.
