This cooperation is a fundamental step towards enhancing the aviation fuel supply infrastructure in Dubai and ensuring its long-term flexibility. Emirates Oil Company ('Emirates') announced that its subsidiary, aviation fuel storage provider 'Emdad', has contracted with Bilfinger to provide engineering and design services for the aviation fuel pipeline connecting the 'Emdad' facility in Jebel Ali with the fuel tanks at Al Maktum International Airport in Dubai South. Ali Khalifa Al Shamsi, CEO of Emirates Oil Company ('Emirates'), stated: 'The fuel supply infrastructure is a cornerstone of the national infrastructure system. Hence the importance of this project, which contributes to enhancing reliability'.
