According to statistics, the transfers executed during September 2025 amounted to 1.22 trillion dirhams in interbank transfers and 859.95 billion dirhams in person-to-person transfers. The total value of transfers executed in the country's banking sector through the UAE Funds Transfer System 'UAEFTS' reached 17.57 trillion dirhams in the first nine months of 2025, according to the latest statistics from the Central Bank of the UAE. Statistics on banking operations, published by the Central Bank, showed that the value of transfers executed through the UAE Funds Transfer System amounted to 2.08 trillion dirhams in the past September, an increase of 9.31% on a monthly basis, compared to approximately 1.90 trillion dirhams executed in August.
