Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced a AED 400 million contract award to Shapoorji Pallonji Middle East for the construction of 38 'Crown Garden' villas. This is an exclusive collection of luxury homes within the 'Palm Crown' project on Palm Jumeirah. The company stated in a press release yesterday that the 'Crown Garden' villas are located in a prime location at the top of the Palm Jumeirah frond. They come with five or six bedrooms in three different architectural styles. The size of each villa ranges from 7,316 to 8,322 square feet and features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, open-plan interiors, and green courtyards. Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said: 'The Crown Garden villas represent a new addition to the evolution of the Palm Jumeirah project, which continues to cement Dubai's global standing as a premier waterfront living destination.'
