This contract marks an extension of the long-standing partnership between 'Miras' and 'Al Saheel Contracting,' which is nearing completion of the fifth phase of the 'Jumeirah Living City' complex, having successfully delivered the first four phases. 'Miras,' a subsidiary of 'Dubai Holding for Real Estate,' has awarded a 340 million dirham contract to 'Al Saheel Contracting' to develop the 'Ruwai' project within the 'Jumeirah Living City' complex. The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027. It comprises three ten-story residential buildings, totaling 244 luxury apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, in addition to a four-bedroom penthouse. This collaboration reflects 'Miras's' commitment to offering innovative designs and high-quality living spaces.
