Fly Dubai has warned its passengers of expected congestion at Dubai International Airport during the winter holiday period, with an increasing number of travelers in the coming days, confirming that adhering to guidelines will ease the travel experience and reduce pressure on passengers. With the launch of operations to Vilnius, Fly Dubai becomes the first national carrier to offer direct flights between Dubai and Lithuania, giving travelers wider options and greater comfort for both business and leisure travel.

Fly Dubai emphasized the need to review details of the baggage allowance and adhere to the permitted weight and materials.

Fly Dubai launched its inaugural flight to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, thereby enhancing its growing operations in Central and Eastern Europe and opening a new important gateway for travel, tourism, trade, and air connectivity between the UAE and Lithuania. The carrier advised via its official website that passengers ensure their contact details are updated through the 'Manage Bookings' section on the company's website and complete travel procedures electronically between 48 and 75 hours before departure, or through the 'Complete your journey from home' service or at the Fly Dubai center in Sharjah. The airline will operate three flights per week, providing seamless connecting flights via Dubai's global aviation hub.

Noura Juma, the Non-Resident Ambassador of the UAE to Lithuania, said: "Today we celebrate the launch of a new air route between two cities".
