The total area of the apartment is 47,201 square feet, averaging 11,652 dirhams per square foot. On the same day, Dubai's real estate market recorded total sales of 3 billion dirhams from 620 transactions, comprising 514 residential units, 71 buildings, and 35 plots of land.
