Dubai Records Significant Growth in Hotel Sector Revenue

Dubai has recorded significant growth in its hotel sector revenue. For the first ten months of 2025, Dubai's room revenues amounted to approximately 15.45 billion dirhams, compared to 13.56 billion dirhams in the same period last year, marking a growth of around 14%. Meanwhile, the Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi announced significant growth in the number of hotel guests in Al Ain during the first half of 2025, alongside a more than 40% increase in visitors to its cultural sites compared to the same period last year. Data from the Department of Economy and Tourism showed that the number of room nights booked from January to October increased by 4% to 36.7 million, compared to 35.1 million in 2024. The average revenue per available room (RevPAR) increased by 9% to 421 dirhams, up from 386 dirhams in the comparable period. This strong performance is supported by an increase in tourist flows.
