Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has renewed for the tenth consecutive year the three international certifications for risk and crisis management systems and business continuity from the British Standards Institution. The authority stated in a press release that it has once again obtained the international standard for business continuity management «ISO 22301», as well as renewed the «ISO 31000» standard for risk management and the «BS 11200» standard for crisis management. The authority noted that this achievement is a culmination of its commitment and full compliance with the highest standards and best practices related to predicting, managing, and responding to any failures to prevent any disruptions in the supply of electricity and water.
