This campaign comes amid the rapid development of economic fraud methods, which now employ modern technologies and advanced disinformation techniques to target both individuals and organizations. These methods include misleading commercial advertisements, deepfake technologies, online buying and selling platforms, and the theft of bank card data through fake links. The Dubai Economic Security Center has launched a comprehensive national awareness campaign under the slogan 'A Strong Economy... A Conscious Society', aiming to support government efforts to protect the national economy and counter various forms of economic fraud, as well as to solidify community awareness as the first line of defense to ensure a safe business environment in Dubai.
