Ben Ghali Real Estate has announced the renewal of its partnership with the Mercedes-Benz brand by launching the "Mercedes-Benz Residences - Ben Ghali City" project. This marks the company's first comprehensive urban project valued at 30 billion dirhams. The official launch of the project is scheduled for January 14, 2026. According to Ben Ghali Real Estate, the launch of this project is an extension of the success of their first partnership. The new city will span an area of approximately 10 million square feet in the "Meydan" area, making it one of the largest urban projects in Dubai. The project is being developed according to a master plan that envisions creating a multi-tower city with a design identity inspired by Mercedes-Benz. It will operate as an integrated urban ecosystem that combines luxury living, advanced mobility, and modern community infrastructure within a single urban framework. The project is based on the "city within a city" concept, where components of daily life are integrated into an interconnected urban environment, facilitating ease of movement and a diversity of experiences. The master plan offers a model of urban development that merges a modern lifestyle with cultural, recreational, and commercial amenities, alongside green spaces and pedestrian-friendly zones. Chairman of the Board of Directors, Engineer Mohammed Ben Ghali, confirmed that "renewing the partnership with Mercedes-Benz reflects a shared vision based on excellence, innovation, and design quality". In turn, Matias Geissen, a Board Member responsible for Marketing and Sales at Mercedes-Benz, stated: "Delivering exceptional experiences to our customers is a cornerstone of the Mercedes-Benz approach". He noted that the new project reinforces this approach by elevating the residential living experience to a new level that fosters a deeper connection between people and their built environment.
