Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) has signed a multi-year cooperation agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The goal of this collaboration is to develop artificial intelligence research, enhance technological skills, and accelerate the growth of startups in the United Arab Emirates and the region. This partnership strengthens the university's efforts to link academic research with industrial applications and support the National Strategy for Higher Education 2030, as it aligns with one of its main axes aimed at providing practical training opportunities and implementing projects. The university will contribute with the expertise of its faculty and research staff, while Amazon will provide its services, guidance, and support to foster research and skills. Both parties will work together to transform ideas into practical solutions.
