He said: 'I believe there is no region on Earth currently with a stronger real estate environment than the Gulf region.' These statements were made in connection with the opening of sales of joint projects with 'Dar Global' in Saudi Arabia. The company is currently working with 'Dar Global' to build the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai. This is a luxury project worth one billion dollars, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, scheduled for completion in 2031. It will feature the world's highest outdoor pool and a private member's club, representing the first tower to bear the name.
