Kizad, part of Abu Dhabi Ports, and Bee'ah, a sustainability and innovation company, have announced a joint venture where Kizad will hold a 51% majority stake. The venture will provide comprehensive, eco-friendly waste management services to clients in Kizad's economic and free zones. This partnership will offer a full suite of services, from waste collection and road cleaning to processing and recycling, ensuring clients receive reliable solutions that meet sustainability and environmental standards, thereby promoting circular economy initiatives. The joint venture will serve companies in Kizad's industrial and logistical zones through an integrated waste management platform. Additionally, the project will support the development of an environmental facility in Kizad Al-Murrah, dedicated to processing solid and liquid waste and recovering materials for reuse within industrial value chains.
