The Emirates Foundation for Philanthropy's online charity auction raised over AED 4.2 million for vulnerable children worldwide. Seven unique Skywards membership numbers saw intense bidding, with top bids reaching AED 700,000. All proceeds will support 14 NGOs.

The total value of bids for seven exclusive membership numbers in the Emirates Skywards program reached AED 4,275,700 by 6:00 PM yesterday. This is a clear indicator of the significant interest in the charitable online auction launched by Emirates Foundation for Philanthropy in collaboration with Emirates Auction, to support humanitarian programs for the world's most vulnerable children. Auction data showed fierce competition for the seven membership numbers on offer. By 6:00 PM yesterday, the highest bid reached AED 700,000 for membership number (EK 700 0000 000), with 32 bidders participating. This membership grants Platinum-level benefits for 10 years. In turn, membership number (EK 707 0000 000) recorded a bid value of AED 650,500 with 51 bidders, also with a 10-year membership. The bid for membership number (EK 211 1111 111) reached AED 650,100 with 64 bidders, the highest number of participants, and also comes with 10 years of Platinum benefits. Membership number (EK 699 9999 996) also achieved the same amount of AED 650,100 with 48 bidders for a 10-year membership. Membership number (EK 777 7777 770) recorded a bid value of AED 650,000 with 53 bidders, with a 10-year Platinum membership. Membership number (EK 700 0000 070) also reached AED 650,000 with 21 bidders for a 10-year term. The bid for membership number (EK 600 0000 005) reached AED 325,000 with 24 bidders, with a 5-year Platinum membership. The auction is expected to conclude at 6:00 PM tomorrow. Winners will be notified within 24 hours of the auction's end, with payment options via bank transfer or checks. The validity period of the Platinum membership will be determined based on the value of the winning bid. This strong response to the auction reflects the global interest in the humanitarian initiatives led by Emirates Foundation for Philanthropy.
