Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) has confirmed that its development and training programs have contributed to consolidating the presence of citizens in various engineering, technical, and administrative positions, enhancing their role in supporting the journey of growth and sustainability. Empower also affirmed its commitment to attracting and qualifying promising national talents, and providing a supportive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion and achieves gender balance, where the percentage of female citizens reached 46% of the total national workforce, compared to 54% of male citizens. Empower announced its continuation of maintaining the achieved localization levels until the end of 2025, which reflects its firm commitment to supporting the national human capital and empowering Emirati talents in vital sectors.
