The Minister of Climate Change and Environment, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the National Agricultural Center, Dr. Amna bint Abdullah Al Dahak, has launched the "Sustainable Product" initiative. The initiative aims to increase the use of local agricultural and livestock products in the country's restaurant and hotel sector to 25%. The launch of this ambitious initiative coincided with Amna Al Dahak's attendance at the signing ceremony of the National Agricultural Center's six strategic memorandums with a number of major companies, hospitality groups, and food distribution companies in the country. This cooperation forms the first executive core of the initiative and establishes a clear path that ensures the integration of the fruits of UAE farms into the supply chains of the finest hotels and restaurants.
