The number of transactions in commercial offices in Dubai emirate rose to 4604 deals in 2025, an increase of 55.5% compared to 2024 (2961 deals). The total value of transactions doubled to AED 13.15 billion, recording a remarkable growth of 103% year-on-year, compared to AED 6.5 billion in 2024. On the other hand, in the commercial segment, 'shops', the number reached about 1543 deals in 2025, an increase of 15% compared to 1345 deals in 2024. The average value of a single transaction also increased by 30.32% to reach AED 2.9 million, compared to AED 2.2 million, despite the stability of the average area at approximately 101 square meters (102 square meters in 2024).
