ADNOC Drilling Reports Record Financial Results for 2025

ADNOC Drilling announced yesterday its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The company achieved revenues of AED 18 billion, a 22% increase year-on-year. Profit before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization reached AED 8.1 billion, up 9% year-on-year, while net profit was AED 5.3 billion, an 11% increase year-on-year. Total dividend distributions for 2025 amounted to $1 billion. In a statement, the company said this momentum was reflected in the financial results for the 2025 fiscal year, which recorded record levels of profitability and cash flows, thanks to high operational rates of its rigs, long-term flexible contracts, and the accelerated adoption of AI-supported technologies across the fleet. As part of its strategy to create and enhance value for its shareholders, the company managed to deliver rewarding returns to shareholders through strong financial performance, characterized by leading sector-level returns on equity, stable free cash flow generation, alongside long-term contract revenues, while continuing to support ADNOC's plans to increase production by accelerating well completions, reducing cost per well, and leveraging advanced technology. The CEO of ADNOC Drilling, Abdullah Al Masabi, stated: '2025 marked the beginning of a new phase for ADNOC Drilling, in which we achieved our best results, thanks to the efforts of our workforce, their discipline, and strict adherence to the highest safety standards.' The Board of Directors recommended a dividend distribution for Q4 2025 of $250 million (approximately AED 917.5 million), equivalent to 5.7 fils per share, which is expected to be distributed in the second half of April 2026. With previous distributions included, the total dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year amounts to $1 billion (approximately AED 3.67 billion).
