The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has confirmed that 'The Residences', the first residential project launched under the first phase of the 'Zaabeel District' - DIFC, has been fully sold out following its official launch earlier this week. The project consists of two towers featuring 463 residential units. It highlighted the presence of 3,000 real estate agents who attended the initial previews held at the sales centre in the complex. Salih Al-Qurbi, CEO of Real Estate at 'DIFC Investments', stated: 'The project has received significant interest from buyers who are eager to be the first to seize the opportunity to live in a destination that combines unique designs, exceptional luxury, and proximity to the city.'
