Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has reaccredited its international quality certificates ISO 10000 for Quality Management – Customer Satisfaction, and the ISO 18295 series for Contact Centre Management (ISO 18295-1:2017 and ISO 18295-2:2017).
Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, said: "We work in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, to empower customers and follow up on their feedback and evaluations, considering them as strategic partners in designing, implementing, and evaluating government services."
