Company 'Elifx' has launched a capabilities center to enhance Dubai's position as a regional hub for empowering startups in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. The center aims to digitally support over 50,000 startups in the GCC, helping them overcome operational difficulties, inefficiency, and rising costs. The center provides a unified digital platform that enables founders to access certified partners in financing, compliance, legal affairs, human resources, technology, artificial intelligence, marketing, and revenue acceleration. This reduces operational risks and improves the efficiency of business expansion. The center was developed with strategic support from the Gulf business incubator 'Iaxcel'. Deepak Ahuja, co-founder, confirmed that the platform provides executive infrastructure.
