Dubai: Companies 'E and Emirates' and 'Emirates for Integrated Communications' 'du' paid 9.380,418 billion dirhams in federal franchise fees for 2025, compared to 6.854,146 billion dirhams paid for 2024, recording an annual growth of 36.9%. This is a clear indicator of the accelerating contribution of the telecommunications sector to federal revenues during 2025. Financial data from the two companies showed that 'E and Emirates' paid 7.423,816 billion dirhams in federal franchise fees for 2025, compared to 5.282,497 billion dirhams in 2024, an increase of 2.141,319 billion dirhams, or 40.5%. This reflects a significant improvement in the company's financial and operational performance, as well as its expansion in services.
