The number of seasonal cards issued by Parkin increased by 140%, reaching 89,300 in the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to 37,200 in the fourth quarter of 2024. The company, in a disclosure published on the Dubai Financial Market, reported that the growth was high across all regions and time periods. Meanwhile, short-term seasonal cards (for one month) showed the highest annual increase, as observed in the second and third quarters of 2025. The company indicated that the growth in sales of seasonal cards is based on customers' tendency to take advantage of the temporary difference between the flexible daily tariff, applied from April 2025, and the fixed rate for seasonal cards. It also confirmed that the current cost of seasonal cards represents a valuable offer for regular customers. The company also revealed a 66% increase in revenue from permits and seasonal cards, reaching 67.4 million dirhams, thanks to the record number of seasonal cards sold during that period compared to 40.5 million in Q4 2024. Card prices. The cost of a one-month seasonal card in areas A to D is about 500 dirhams, and in areas B+D only about 250 dirhams. The cost of a three-month seasonal card in areas A to D is 1400 dirhams, and in areas B+D only 700 dirhams. The cost of a six-month seasonal card in areas A to D is 2500 dirhams, and in areas B+D only 1300 dirhams. For a 12-month period, the cost is 4500 dirhams in areas A to D, and 2400 dirhams in areas B+D only.
