The bank stated in a disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market: «Thanks to the group's exceptional financial performance in 2025, the distribution of ordinary dividends of 100 fils per share was approved at the nineteenth general meeting of the group held on February 17, 2026.» The bank also added: «The growing financial capabilities of Emirates NBD enable the group to continue achieving its strategic goals with confidence and maintain an operational approach, providing clarity and strong confidence to both the market and investors».
