SALIK proposes dividends for the second half of 2025

The board of directors of SALIK approved the distribution of 890.3 million dirhams in dividends for the second half of 2025. The total dividend payout for the year exceeded 1.66 billion dirhams, a 35.1% increase from the previous year.

The board of directors of "SALIK", the exclusive operator of toll gates in Dubai and a listed company on the Dubai Financial Market, proposed during its meeting today to distribute total dividends of 890.3 million dirhams, equivalent to 11.871 fils per share, for the second half of 2025. These distributions will be paid out during the first half of 2026. According to a statement issued today, the distributions include cash dividends of 782.5 million dirhams, representing a 100% distribution of the net profit for the second half of 2025, in addition to special dividends of 107.8 million dirhams. This brings the company's total distributions for 2025 to over 1.66 billion dirhams, compared to approximately 1.164 billion dirhams in 2024. SALIK's total revenues increased by 35.1% year-on-year to exceed 3.096 billion dirhams during 2025. The company's profit before finance costs, taxes, depreciation, and amortization reached 2.143 billion dirhams in the fiscal year 2025, an increase of 35.8% year-on-year. SALIK's net profit before taxes amounted to 1.707 billion dirhams in the fiscal year 2025, marking a 33.4% year-on-year increase, while net profit after taxes exceeded 1.55 billion dirhams, an increase of 33.4% year-on-year.
